Registration for workshops may be done online through our secure registration system “regonline,” over the phone, or in person at MDIW. You can pay for the workshop in full, or make a deposit of 20% of the tuition cost to hold your place in each workshop. If you select this option, the remainder of your tuition is due 45 days before the start of the workshop. We will send you an email reminder if payment is due. You will receive acknowledgement of registration, receipt of payments, as well as updated information about the upcoming workshop. ONLINE REGISTRATION: Online registration allows you to make a payment by credit card. You can pay for your workshop tuition in full or make a down payment of 20% of the tuition cost. Online registration for Mesilla Digital Imaging Workshops is handled securely by "regonline.com". To enroll in a workshop click on the "Register Now" button next to each listing. CANCELLATION POLICIES: If you choose to cancel your workshop enrollment a minimum of 60 days prior to the beginning of the workshop, we will refund your deposit, less a $50 cancellation fee. There will be no return of deposits for cancellations made fewer than 60 days in advance of the event. If a workshop is cancelled due to low enrollment, all workshop fees will be refunded. The Mesilla Imaging Workshops does not refund any travel expenses under any circumstances, and you are encouraged to purchase refundable tickets or utilize a travel insurance program. Our liability extends only to workshop fees. If, under extreme circumstances, an instructor is unable to fulfill responsibilities for a workshop, MDIW will make every attempt to find an appropriate and qualified substitute. If this is impossible, we will refund all workshop fees. DISCOUNTS: Your workshop fee will be discounted 10% if you register as part of a family or members of any organization who register together for any workshop. If you register for more than one workshop during a 12-month period, your second workshop will be discounted 10%. |
