Located in beautiful southern New Mexico, The Mesilla Digital Imaging Workshops were established on the principle of providing a professional, nurturing environment for the contemporary photographer to learn new skills and create dynamic images while exploring visual passions.

Our schedule offers a wide array of photographic interests, from specialized knowledge of the latest software and innovative techniques, to creative portraiture and collage.

Strong support comes from our educational partners and we are one of two national learning centers for Canon USA.

Our experienced professional faculty features industry leaders from across the nation, including photographic educators, writers and widely published and exhibited photographers in every aspect of the medium. We offer aesthetic, technical and studio instruction in 2-4 day intensive, and cost and time efficient photographic workshop experiences.

Workshops are designed for participants at various levels of technical proficiency and aesthetic sophistication. Our intermediate and advanced workshops are extremely hands-on and are designed to meet the needs of advanced clients. A specific level of knowledge and experience is required as a foundation for each workshop, as explained in the workshop descriptions.

Class size is small; student to instructor ratio is 15:1, providing maximum interaction between participants and instructor.
